Gurinsky’s Fine Jewelry sells fine jewelry, watches, estate pieces, services, and special orders through our San Antonio store and website. Please review this policy before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Gurinsky’s Fine Jewelry does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase unless required by law or expressly approved in writing by Gurinsky’s Fine Jewelry.
Please inspect items carefully before completing an in-store purchase and review online product photos, descriptions, condition notes, pricing, and any service or sizing details before placing an online order.
Final-Sale Items
Final-sale treatment applies to jewelry, watches, estate and pre-owned items, discounted items, special orders, custom designs, engraved items, sized or altered items, repairs, service work, deposits, layaways, and any item marked or communicated as final sale.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Shipment Concerns
If an item shipped by Gurinsky’s Fine Jewelry appears damaged in transit, is missing from a shipment, or does not match the confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the package and item, and a description of the concern. We will review the issue and provide next steps. This review process does not guarantee a refund, return, or exchange.
Manufacturer Warranties and Service
Some watches or jewelry may include a manufacturer warranty or separate service coverage. Warranty availability, terms, and claim handling are controlled by the applicable manufacturer or written service document. Gurinsky’s Fine Jewelry can help direct customers to the appropriate service path when available.
