Gurinsky’s Fine Jewelry serves customers in the United States. International shipping is not offered through the website unless separately approved in writing before purchase.
In-Store Pickup and Order Review
Many online orders are prepared for in-store pickup at our North Star Mall location. Some orders may require inventory confirmation, payment verification, identity verification, sizing, servicing, or direct contact with Gurinsky’s Fine Jewelry before fulfillment.
Direct Shipping When Available
If direct shipping is available for an order, shipping options, costs, and any required handling details will be shown at checkout or confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized. High-value jewelry and watches may require insured shipping, signature confirmation, adult signature, or shipment only to a verified billing address.
Processing and Delivery Timing
Processing usually begins after payment and order details are verified. In-stock items are commonly prepared for pickup or shipment within 1-3 business days. Sized, altered, serviced, special-order, or inventory-confirmation items may take longer. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or security requirements.
Delivery Issues
Report a damaged, missing, or incorrect shipment within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging until the review is complete because the carrier or insurer may require it.
